Six words describing a client’s Strategic Planning Session at GrassRoots. There’s a reason our conference room has no windows, no clocks and if we could we would jam cell phone service too! Yes, honestly we take it that seriously. We need all the time…all the brain power to get all the information needed to produce a strategic marketing plan for our clients.
And the strategic planning session is the beginning of that process. It all starts with the history of the company, then moving on to an in-depth SWOT analysis. SWOT? It starts off with a discussion and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, very much internal issues. Then moving on to what opportunities are available and what could be threatening the client’s business, very much external issues.
