Dodie joined the Grassroots' team in September 2007 after several years of working in the real estate industry. With a background in administration, she works hard to keep the office running smoothly. Her official title is Administrative Services Manager but we like to refer to her as the "Mother Hen" because she makes sure to keep everyone in line. When she is not keeping everyone focused, she enjoys putting her green thumb to work in the garden.
